Re: welcome new members
Mon, September 14, 2009 - 10:01 AMWe are definat;ly headed towards the end and the beginning. I am not familiar with the hopi prophecies, however, I am familiar with the Hebrew Naviot (prophecies) The world is coming into a new era that is for sure. Wheter it will come in peace or in war is up to all of the cictizens of earth. The indiginous tribes of all of the lands will prevail. Am Yisroel Hai! -

Re: welcome new members
Sat, October 31, 2009 - 3:48 PMi read somewhere (more than in one place) that the Hopi prophesy is basically about "a very fast river coming" and the prophet (?) advises people to "let go of the banks" and "move out into the middle of the river and celebrate with whomever you're with." Would you agree that this is the right prophesy? i am uncertain, tho i have been listening to this input and living by it more and more as i go. Including living closer to the land than i have.
As far as the "end", i agree with other indigenous views as i have understood them, including the mostly non-indigenous perspective of Barbara Hand-Clow; they all say that the "end" is only the end of one paradigm; perhaps the paradigm of alienation from oneself and nature. Something like that. So, for me, 2012 marks a beginning time of the emergence of the ancient paradigm of harmony called "new" (as it, perhaps, mixes with some newer ideas like the use of computers and the internet).
What do y'all think? -

Sun, November 1, 2009 - 5:21 AMRecent studies of the evolution of the human species, shows that women of the future will be shorter and chubbier and men will be weaker in muscle mass and produce less sperm. This and other factors in the environment which are irreversible will surely change the human paradigm.
